Ammeg Brand Management Solutions-ABMS, Pondicherry is ready for Spixels 2019 which is an inclusive photo exhibition. At the event, there will be more than 80 photographs that are clicked by children with disabilities and adults with disabilities.
ABMS has hosted many events and festivals which had a lot of success. The goal is to make important social changes and make people understand that they should also help others in need not just themselves. Enthusiastic photographers with disabilities have given a massive response to Spixels 2019.
“Inclusive Society, Inclusive Workspace" is this year's theme for the images. The exhibition shows the essence of life through the eyes of children with disabilities. It's very rare in our society that someone lets people with disabilities talk about they see the world.
The Creative Head & Chief Curator at Ammeg Brand Management Solutions, Meghna Agnihotri says that though this event they want children with disabilities to get a platform where they can showcase themselves.
"Our aim is to create awareness about inclusion and let other people see what disabled people feel and perceive. We want the children to feel that they are a part of society and their views, expressions, and feelings are equally important. The participation of children also makes their parents happy and we hope to bring this little joy to them", Meghna Agnihotri added.
Among the 80 photographs, only the top 5 photographs will be selected who will choose by the esteemed jury. These five photographs owners are gonna be lucky as they will be getting an autographed on their photo by one of the most loved Indian film industry star Amitabh Bachchan. The exhibition will be judged by Dr. Nishad Plakkal, JIPMER,
Pondicherry and also Samir Sarkar who is a well-known film producer and have produced some famous movies like"Life of Pi". Dr. Plakkal is himself an avid and passionate photographer. The exhibition will be held on 20 December and the ABMs team is working hard to make it a great success.
