Multiple Sclerosis: Getting Better Every Day

Multiple Sclerosis is  hard to live with. But each day, I have it I look at the good that actually comes of me having the disease.

I am no one special. I just try to help others get what they need. I fall down too. But, I get back up and keep going. Not to long ago, I was in the hospital. While I was there, I continued to blog and manage the groups that I run. I am trying to make a difference in the lives of people living with disabilities.

I want people with disabilities to be seen as equals to those who happen to be able bodied people. I want our needs met. I want our government officials to stop cutting our benefits. I want us to get our medically necessary equipment covered by our insurance plans.

Although I went through a relapse recently, I am getting better every day. Soon I will be able to further my cause much more. Until I see changes in the way people are treated, I will continue to fight.
